It comes as no surprise the race is once again quarterback driven. Many candidates reside in the Big Ten or SEC, expanded leagues with countlss spotlight games.
Several multi-year Power conference starters are playing elsewhere, including Will Howard (Ohio State), Cameron Ward (Miami) and Dillon Gabriel (Oregon), all becoming the new faces at respective league title contenders.
