By Zachary Neel, Ducks Wire: One of the worst parts about the Oregon Ducks’ loss to the Stanford Cardinal last weekend was the fact that it complicates their path towards making the College Football Playoff.

While they are currently ranked as the No. 8 team in the nation, finishing the year inside the top-4 is still an achievable goal, but it is no longer something that Oregon has complete control over.
